StarQuest

StarQuest is a turn-based strategy game with some real-time elements. Battle against a friend or the computer for control over the solar system.

Age Rating E for Everyone (Recommended 10 and up).

Version Info (1.0.0.0)...

Current build is in Windows. Should run fine on Windows 10 and 11, though I have not tested all machines.

Linux build is planned.

Known Bugs/Issues...

1. No music or sound effects yet.

2. No action queue message when sending ships.

3. No action queue update messages for buildings and other construction.

4. No action queue messages when ships are destroyed.

5. No action queue menu (coming soon).

6. Cannot cancel actions in action queue.

7. Resources appear in different orders on different planets.

8. Balancing issues with resource costs.

10. Cannot scroll/zoom in Docked view.

11. Camera is buggy while Calculating Actions.

Things to Come...

1. Action queue menu (told ya).

2. Satellites and defense buildings.

3. Research building for various upgrades (mining speed, cargo capacity, ship weapons/armor).

4. Music and sound effects. (Anyone interested in making them? Hit me up!).

5. Linux build.

6. Building and Ship construction menus will eventually have item names and resource costs listed.
